Miskech Photography — Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Miskech Photography, owned by Colbey Miskech and based in York, PA, offers wedding, portrait, and custom photography services across York, Lancaster, Cumberland, and Adams counties. Bookings outside these counties are not accepted unless under special circumstances. By booking, you agree to the terms below, created to ensure professionalism, clarity, and a seamless experience.

2. Pricing & Payment

Standard session rates start at $300 and typically range from $450 to $750. Wedding packages range from $1,995 to $3,200+. Add-ons and custom options are available upon request.

All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. Deposits range from $150 to $1,750 depending on the service. Final balances for weddings are due two weeks before the wedding date. For other sessions, the balance is due before final delivery.

Accepted payment methods include Cash, PayPal, CashApp, and Check. Returned checks incur a $25 fee. Late payments may result in a $25/day late fee. Sales tax and applicable fees are included in your invoice.

3. Wedding Photography

• Essentials – $1,995: Photographer + assistant, 6 hours coverage, ~150 edited photos, Local service area only.
• Signature – $2,495: Two photographers, 8 hours coverage, Engagement session, ~250 edited photos, Local service area only.
• Full-Day – $3,200+: Two photographers, up to 10 hours coverage, Engagement + album options, ~400+ edited photos, Local service area only.
• Extras: Engagement Session – $500 · Second Photographer – $500 · Additional Hour – $350/hr
• Travel: No additional fee within York, Lancaster, Cumberland, or Adams counties. Travel outside these areas may be approved under special circumstances and incurs a flat $250 travel fee.

Wedding dates are only reserved with a signed agreement and deposit. Clients must provide venue details and a timeline at least 30 days prior to the event.

4. Photography Sessions

Perfect for seniors, graduates, couples, families, and creative portraits. Sessions typically last 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the package. Each includes a curated gallery of edited images delivered digitally.

Sessions are available within the service area only (York, Lancaster, Cumberland, and Adams counties). Travel outside of these areas is not guaranteed, but may be arranged under special conditions for a flat $250 travel fee.

• Mini Session – $300: 30 minutes of coverage, 15–30 edited images, Online gallery, Available within service area only.
• Full Session – $450: Up to 1.5 hours coverage, 50–70 edited images, Online gallery, Available within service area only.
• Extended Session – $750: Up to 3 hours coverage, 100+ edited images, Gallery + album options, Available within service area only.

5. Late Arrivals & Rescheduling

A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, a $25 late fee applies for every 15-minute increment. After 30 minutes without contact, the session may be marked as a no-show.

One reschedule is allowed per booking for a $15 rescheduling fee, pending availability.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of deposit. Refunds are not issued based on personal preferences regarding editing or style. Please review our portfolio before booking.

7. Delivery & RAW Files

Standard sessions are delivered within 1–3 business days. Wedding galleries are delivered within 3–4 weeks. RAW files are available for purchase with a licensing agreement. Please inquire for pricing.

8. Promotional Use & Copyright

Images may be used by Miskech Photography for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing. Copyright is retained by Miskech Photography unless transferred via licensing agreement.

9. Policy Updates & Legal

These terms may be updated without notice. Continued use of services signifies agreement. Any disputes will be settled through arbitration in York County, PA under Pennsylvania law.
